School Rules


  • Students are expected to reach the school before the bell rings for the Assembly.
  • Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on every working day. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in uniform will be sent back home. Non-Sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
  • Girls should plait their hair if it is below the shoulders. Short hair should be neatly cut and pinned.
  • Students escorted to school must never leave school before their escorts arrive. In case of delay, in the arrival of the escort the student must report to the school office. Those who go home alone should be prompt in returning straight home. Parents who are sending someone else to collect the child should get the pass made from office. This pass is to be essentially sent along with the person coming to collect the child.
  • A student must carry his almanac to school everyday. It must have his/her photograph and identify information complete and signed by parents.
  • Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for school property. No student should damage nay school furniture, write or draw anything on walls and furniture or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident would be reported a t once to the class teachers. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.
  • The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles(like expensive watches or cell phones, pagers, transistors, cameras etc.) to school.
  • Students should be polite wherever they go. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
  • School reserves right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  • Parents/guardians are required not to meet their wards or teachers in the classrooms during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • The name of the child will be struck off the roll if the default in monthly fee exceeds two months. The school may at its discretion re-admit  the child after payment of dues and admission fee.
